Kids Day in the Park

Who: Children with special needs grades K-12 and adult chaperones
What: Carnival Rides and Lunch sponsored by League City Lions Club
When: Friday, May 5th -- 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where: Walter Hall Park – 807 Hwy 3 North – League City, TX

In order for your students to participate in this fun event, you simply need to contact the League City Lions Club Coordinator to sign up. The following information will be needed:
1. Name of School and Grade(s) of students.
2. Number of students who will attend.
3. Number of adults who will chaperone.
4. Indicate if there will be any students who have a special diet, need assistance getting on/off bus, etc.
5. Name of the contact person for your group and their phone and/or e-mail.
You will need to make transportation arrangements for the students.
Lunch will be provided for students and chaperones.

We hope all your students will be able to participate.
