Camp Blessing Family Retreat

GHFEDS would like to invite your family for a GHFEDS Family Retreat at Camp Blessing!

Date: April 27th - 29th

Your family will enjoy a weekend filled with swimming in a heated pool, outdoor and indoor games, sports activities, rock wall, zip line, giant swing, canoeing, catch and release fishing.

Camp Blessing has private cabin rooms (sleeps 2-6 people, twin/double/queen, if you're a family of 7 or more you will have 2 cabin rooms), bunk beds will only be used if we have over 90 people attending, private and shared bathrooms, wheel chair friendly facility with roll in showers, meals will be provided, buddies will be onsite for the children with Down syndrome but it will not be 1:1 like what is offered during summer camps. All activities are family oriented but there will be a presentation by Camp Blessing staff for parents only, camp buddies will be entertaining the siblings and kids with Down syndrome during the presentation.

Cost for family retreat is $160 per person.

GHFEDS will be paying in full for the children with Down syndrome and half ($80) for one parent only, this offer is for 35 GHFEDS families.

Payments for the rest of family members are as follows (does not include child with Down syndrome) :

1 Parent - $80
Family of 2 - $240
Family of 3 - $400
Family of 4 - $560
Family of 5 - $720
Family of 6 - $880
Family of 7 - $1040

Deadline to register and pay in full is April 2nd.

Camp Blessing registration forms will be sent out soon to families who registered.
